Unique in organization, this community event features no entry fees, judging, awards or trophies. The essential ingredients that make this parade so very special are the cheering spectators, the lights, sound, motion, the essential human component of the interaction with the spectators, the up close boats and the beautifully decorated homes along the parade route.
